Downloadable audiobooks, video, & ebooks with Library2Go
Looking for downloadable audiobooks, videos and eBooks? Library2Go has ’em.
You can download videos, audiobooks, and eBooks from Library2Go to your PC or Mac.
From there, audiobooks & videos can be transfered to MP3 players (including iPods and Zunes).
eBooks can be transfered to eBook readers like the Sony Reader or the Barnes & Noble Nook. (Sadly, Kindles and iPads are not compatible with Library2Go.) And some smartphones can handle eBooks, video or audiobooks.
The service is available 24/7, and some popular items are always available; other popular items might require you to place a hold on them, like you do on physical books, CDs and DVDs.
You don't need to return items and you won’t get any late fees. Library2Go is free for all Washington County Cooperative Library Services cardholders.
To use Library2Go, you need a valid WCCLS library card in good standing.
If your library account has a block placed on it, due to an overdue item or expired registration, Library2Go will report that your account is invalid.
If you don't know why your account is blocked, call your local Washington County library with your library card in hand. Phone numbers can be found on the Your Libraries page.
You'll also need internet access and free digital book software for Windows or Macs (Overdrive Media Console for audiobooks and videos, Adobe Digital Editions for eBooks).

Known issues
- OverDrive Media Console for Mac supports OverDrive MP3 audiobooks only, and transfers titles to Apple devices only.
- Installing the Overdrive Media Console software may require an upgrade of Windows Media Player.
- Installing Adobe Digital Editions may require an upgrade of Adobe Flash Player, and javascript must be enabled in your browser.
- Older MP3 players may have compatibility problems.
- Kindles, iPads and eBook readers that don't read the ePUB format and/or use Adobe Digital Editions DRM will have compatibility problems.
Check the Overdrive site for your model’s compatibility. Use at your own risk.
