When clicking "Get for Kindle" I get a "404 Document Not Found" message

Did you get this message when you clicked on the Get for Kindle button in your Library2Go account?

"404 Document Not Found: The web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site"

Here's what to do:

Contact us and let us know which Kindle title gave you this error message. We will then contact OverDrive Support who will contact Amazon to find out what's going on.

There are usually two things that can happen as a result:

1. Amazon no longer has that particular title available for lending, so you won't be able to get the book in Kindle format. (We can try to help you get it in another format, print or digital.)

2. Amazon needs to fix the link to the title, and when they do, you can access the Kindle version of the title.

We will let you know what the outcome will be, but it can often take a few days to hear back from OverDrive and Amazon.
