Washington County Libraries Announce Upgrade to the WCCLS Catalog

Washington County, Oregon: The Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS) catalog and patron online accounts will be unavailable starting at 6:00 pm on Sunday, May 6th. WCCLS is upgrading the library's software system and expects the catalog and online accounts to be unavailable until Wednesday, May 9th. As a result of the upgrade project library materials will not be due on Monday, May 7th, Tuesday, May 8th, or Wednesday, May 9th. While the system is down, library patrons will not be able to search for library materials or place requests, log into their accounts, or renew their items online or by telephone. During the downtime, patrons will still be able to access the wccls.org website, including online resources, as well as Library2Go, if patrons have an existing WCCLS library card.

Once access to the catalog and online accounts is restored, WCCLS will post a notice to wccls.org, on their News & Events blog (http://news.wccls.org), and to Facebook and Twitter.

If library users have any questions, they may contact their local WCCLS member library for assistance. The list of all WCCLS member libraries with their contact information can be found at www.wccls.org/your_libraries.
