Make fun crafts inspired by fairy tales and books by favorite authors, such as Eric Carle, Lois Ehlert, and Dr. Seuss.

Summer Reading Kick-Off Party

7-7:45 p.m. - Performance
8-8:30 p.m. - Workshop
Readers of all ages are invited to join us for a drop-in celebration with creative activities, treats and vaudeville performer Thomas Schroyer. "Tommy Twimble" is a one-man variety show using props, original music and physical comedy. Following the show, Schroyer will conduct an all-ages workshop on the craft of miming and physical comedy.
Don't forget to to stop by the summer reading sign up tables and register for a summer of reading fun!

Music in action! ... a high-energy, interactive mix of songs, movement and comedy, using guitar, accordion, voice and some props (scarves, percussion, etc.) The focus is on building community spirit and fun through music. Rich performs in both Spanish and English.
