Volunteering

There are hundreds of volunteers in Washington County libraries performing a variety of tasks. Volunteers assist with library programs and events, process materials, greet people, check in library materials, serve on Boards and committees, shelve library materials, help people use computers, and much more. People aged 10 and up volunteer at the libraries, some for short term special projects and others on a steady schedule.
