FY20 Adopted Budget Summary (PDF)

WCCLS is a department of Washington County. 40% of our revenue comes from a five-year local option levy, approved by voters. 60% of our revenue comes from a transfer from the County’s general fund. Approximately $26 million of our revenue gets distributed to our member libraries to support their operations.

2015 Replacement Levy: Measure 34-235

Washington County voters approved our local option levy in November 2015. The current levy will expire at the end of June 2021.
