Grant cycle timing
Our Grant Cycle typically runs sometime during the fall season each year.
CCWC Grants opened on Friday, November 20, 2020 and will close on Friday, December 11, 2020 for the 2021 grant cycle year.
2021 Grant Guidelines
Please read the CCWC Community Cultural Participation (CCP) Grant Guidelines (PDF) before beginning your application (Grant guidelines in Spanish [PDF]).
Applications online via Submittable by the deadline of 11:59 p.m. Friday, December 11, 2020. Paper or late applications will not be accepted.
There is no longer an attached budget form. The budget is now included on the application form itself.
Supplemental material is not required at this time, but it is strongly encouraged! There is an option to provide a copy of your organization’s logo and 1-3 pictures of the proposed project.
Washington County Cultural Plan 2015-2020
Please review the Washington County Cultural Plan 2015-2020 (PDF - the plan has been extended through 2021), endorsed by the Washington County Commissioners.
Awarding of 2020 Grant Funds
Notification of grant awards should be made by mid-January, 2020. Grantees should expect to receive grant funds in early February 2020. Note: organizations with January 2021 projects may need to be prepared to cover costs until grant funds are distributed.
CCWC utilizes an online grant application system – Submittable. All applications must be submitted via Submittable.
If you have not used Submittable in the past, you will need to create an account.
The Submittable form will auto save periodically. You can also save a draft and come back to your application by clicking the “Save Draft” button at the bottom of the page.
We recommend you compose your responses to the narrative questions in a word processor offline and then copy/paste your responses into this form. This insures you have a backup in the event of technical issues.
Submit your final reports via this form.
Online application and distribution of funds
The CCWC has contracted with the Regional Arts & Cultural Council (RACC) to manage the grant process, the application system (Submittable), and to be the fiscal agent for CCWC grant funds.
For technical assistance with the grant application process, website issues, and questions about status of grant funding distribution, please contact RACC grant staff:
Assistance is available during normal business hours.
