- What happened to the Adventure Pass sign-in?
- Adventure Pass is not currently available. This means that neither patrons nor staff can make new reservations or change existing reservations.
- What if I already have a reservation?
- You will be able to use reservations that were booked in the system before September 4, 2024. WCCLS staff will contact you directly and send you the reserved pass via email.
- What if I misplace the reserved pass that you emailed me?
- Reach out to us using the Adventure Pass: Ask a Question form and a staff member will resend you the pass.
- I have a question about my existing reservation. Who do I ask?
- Please submit your question using our Adventure Pass: Ask a Question form and a staff member will assist you.
- When can I make new reservations for Adventure Pass?
- WCCLS is currently working to onboard a new platform for the Adventure Pass program. We do not currently have a launch date. If you sign up for our newsletter, you will be the first to know when the Adventure Pass is back!
