Maintenance Alert: Scheduled Downtime Starting May 17

WCCLS will be upgrading our catalog software; the system will be offline from 6:30 pm on Sunday, May 17 through Monday, May 18. In this article you'll find some important information about which services will and will not be available during this time.

WCCLS will be upgrading our catalog software; the system will be offline from 6:30 pm on Sunday, May 17 through Monday, May 18. Below is some important information about which services will and will not be available during this time.

  1. Libraries will be open! Please remember to bring your library card if you would like to check out materials.
  2. You can continue using Libby to access e-books, audiobooks, and magazines. Please make sure to log in again by noon on Friday, May 15 to enjoy uninterrupted service.
  3. Some online services will not be available, including Adventure Pass, Kanopy, research resources, fee payments, and online card registration.
  4. The online catalog will be available, but you will not be able to check your account or place items on hold.
  5. The event calendar will be available.
