The North Plains Public Library was established in 2002 and joined WCCLS in 2007. The library offers weekly storytime, teen book boxes, and programs for community members of all ages.
Each of the 16 WCCLS libraries is individually governed by a city or non-profit organization. North Plains Public Library is a city library.
