Special edition library cards

Get your 50th birthday library card starting June 1! Cards are available in two designs at all WCCLS libraries. Please note that quantities are limited.  

We understand that library cards can be sentimental. If you aren’t ready to trade in your WCCLS card, just ask the staff for a 50th birthday sticker to place on your current card instead.

Explore the libraries of Washington County this summer! Visit the 16 WCCLS libraries and discover what’s unique about each one. Get a passport stamp at every location from June 1 through Aug. 31. Collect all 16 stamps and get a commemorative Wallace puzzle while supplies last! 

June 1: Passports are available at your local library.

July 1: First day to redeem your completed passport for a puzzle. Once you collect all 16 stamps, show your passport to staff at any WCCLS library and take home a prize. Limit 1 per household while supplies last.

Aug. 31: Last day to get your passport stamped.

Wallace's Lakeside Library located at C-Ramp at Hagg Lake. It is a blue tiny library with a steep pitched roof and a glass window pane. Wallace is peeking out from underneath the roof.

Bonus stamp: Visit Hagg Lake to see our newest and tiniest location, Wallace’s Lakeside Library located at C-Ramp. Passport stamps are available at Scoggins Valley Outfitters (C-Ramp) on weekends or the Park Office on weekdays.  

You can also enter to win an annual parking pass from our friends at Hagg Lake! Note: Entry to the park is free. A parking pass is required to park a vehicle. 

A passport stamp from Hagg Lake is not required to redeem your passport for a Wallace puzzle. Stamps are available June 1 through August 31.

We’re celebrating our 50th birthday at a library near you. Join us at an event! Enjoy free fun, cupcakes, stickers, community, and more. Mugs will be given as party favors to the first 50 guests (limit 2 per household).
