Library Mail Service
Did you know you can get library items mailed directly to your home at no cost through WCCLS Library Mail Service? If you are physically unable to visit the library for six months or more or live in a care facility, you are eligible for this free program; in-home caregivers also qualify. Visit our webpage or call 503-648-9785 to learn more.

Improve your balance, strength or flexibility with an easy movement DVD – no gym membership required! These exercises are designed to be low intensity, and some can be done in a chair.
Mental health support
If you or someone you know is feeling lonely, isolated, anxious, or depressed, Washington County has resources specifically aimed at supporting residents who are 55 and older. Visit their website to learn more about virtual exercise classes, caregiver support programs and hotlines that connect you with trained volunteers.
If you have questions about one of these resources, please ask the friendly staff at your local library how they can help or email us.
