Library Mail Service Brings the Library to Your Home

If you have a condition that restricts your ability to visit the library – you may qualify to have library materials mailed directly to your home.

Who is eligible for this service?

People with physical conditions that make them unable to visit the library for six months or more; residents living in care facilities, and their in-home caregivers.

Is there a cost?

No, this service is free for eligible patrons in Washington County, Oregon.

How do materials come to me?

How do I return materials?

Simply flip over the address label in the outside pocket of the pouch. It is already addressed and postage-paid. Leave the pouch wherever your outgoing mail is collected.

What if I have questions?
