Get a Card
Signing up is free and easy

To sign up for a general library card, please visit one of the 16 WCCLS libraries and bring a photo ID and verification showing you live in Washington County. You can fill out an application at the library or bring a completed form with you.
Online registration for a library card is not currently available. WCCLS is working to restore this service as soon as possible.
Once you have a WCCLS library card, you also get free access to libraries across the Portland metro area through the Metropolitan Interlibrary Exchange (MIX) agreement. MIX libraries include Camas Public Library, Fort Vancouver Regional Library District, Hood River County Library District, Library Information Network of Clackamas County, and Multnomah County Library.
Your WCCLS library card also enables you to get a free library card at any Oregon library participating in the Oregon Library Passport Program. To get a card at a participating Oregon Passport library, show your WCCLS library card and a form of identification. Libraries typically require a photo ID with proof of address. Checkout limits and loan periods vary by library.
