Meeting Rooms and Study Rooms
Most WCCLS libraries have meeting rooms or study rooms you can reserve, often for free. Reservation policies and fees vary by location.
Banks Public Library
The Jane Moore Community Room is available for use during and after the library’s open hours. Non-profit, government and local community groups may reserve the space when not needed for library- or city-related activities. An application to reserve the room must be submitted in advance. Some restrictions apply. Inquiries about availability, fees, and making reservations may be directed to Susan Cackler at BanksPl@WCCLS.org.
Beaverton City Library Main
Three study rooms may be reserved online and used without a fee. When study rooms are not reserved, use is on a first-come, first-served basis. One large (or divided into 2 smaller) meeting room, 1 conference room, and an auditorium may be reserved online and used without a fee.
Bethany Library
One large meeting room available in the Bethany Library Annex by reservation.
Cedar Mill Library
One large (or divided into 2 smaller) meeting room is available in the library by reservation.
Cornelius Public Library
Four study rooms are available for groups of 4 or fewer. The rooms may be reserved online and used without a fee. When rooms are not reserved, use is on a first-come, first-served basis.
One large (or divided into 2 smaller) meeting room and 1 conference room is available by reservation.
Forest Grove City Library
Two study rooms are available for 1 or 2 people. One small meeting room is available for groups of 6 or fewer. The rooms may be reserved online and used without a fee for up to 2 hours per day.
One large meeting room is available by reservation with a rental fee.
Hillsboro Public Library, Brookwood
Free rooms are available to reserve for individuals, small groups, and larger groups. Walk-ins are accepted if rooms are available; booking is still required. Many rooms include audio-visual equipment. The Event Room for large groups and special events requires a rental fee.
Hillsboro Public Library, Shute Park
Free rooms are available to reserve for individuals, small groups, and larger groups. Walk-ins are accepted if rooms are available; booking is still required. Rooms include audio-visual equipment.
Sherwood Public Library
A Community Room is available at Sherwood Police Department for reservation during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm) to governmental, intergovernmental and non-profit organizations when not needed for city activities.
Tigard Public Library
Three study rooms are available for groups of 1 to 6 people for up to two hours per day and can be reserved up to one week in advance. One meeting room is available for groups of 4 to 16 people for up to 4 hours per week and can be reserved up to 90 days in advance. There is no fee. Call the reference desk at 503-718-2517 to reserve a room, or reserve online. Walk-ins accepted if rooms are available, booking still required.
Tualatin Public Library
Free meeting rooms are available for individuals or small groups to reserve or for same-day use. The Community Room requires a rental fee and use permit.
