The Jane Moore Community Room is available for use during and after the library’s open hours. Non-profit, government and local community groups may reserve the space when not needed for Library- or City-related activities. An application to reserve the room must be submitted in advance. Four study rooms are available for groups of four or fewer. The rooms may be reserved online and used without a fee. When rooms are not reserved, use is on a first -come, first-served basis.

Community Rooms are available at Sherwood City Hall and at the Sherwood Police Department for reservation Mon-Fri, 8-5, to governmental, intergovernmental and not-for-profit organizations when not needed for City activities.
