Most of the 16 WCCLS library locations have free computer and internet access available to patrons. Hours and limitations vary. Check with your local library location for details.

Meeting Rooms available in WCCLS Libraries

The Jane Moore Community Room is available for use during and after the library’s open hours. Non-profit, government and local community groups may reserve the space when not needed for Library- or City-related activities. An application to reserve the room must be submitted in advance. Some restrictions do apply. Inquiries about availability, fees and making reservations may be directed to Denise Holmes or Susan Cackler at the library, (503) 324-1382.

Four study rooms are available in the library and may be reserved online and used without a fee. When rooms are not reserved, use is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Free study and conference rooms are available to reserve. Walk-ins are accepted if rooms are available. The two conference rooms are equipped with video conferencing equipment including a computer and webcam. Meeting rooms must be reserved in advance and may require a rental fee.

Community Rooms are available at Sherwood City Hall and at the Sherwood Police Department for reservation Mon-Fri, 8-5, to governmental, intergovernmental and not-for-profit organizations when not needed for City activities. Three study rooms are available in the library for up to 6 people at a time. Rooms may be reserved for 2 hours per day and may be reserved up to 1 week in advance. There is no fee. Call the reference desk at (503) 718-2517 to reserve a study room, or reserve online.
