Choose the WCCLS member library you most often use

Tell us the title(s) of the book(s) you are having trouble with.

Tell us the format of the books you are having trouble with.

Tell us the computer and the operating system you are using. For example, an iPad running iOS 5 or a Windows Vista computer.

If you are downloading to a computer so you can transfer to a Nook or an iPod (for example), tell us which device (and version) you're transferring to.

Tell us the problem you are having, and at what stage in the process you are encountering problems. Please include any error codes you see.
