  • Attend an event.
  • Check out an item besides a book – a board game, DVD, something from the Library of Things.
  • Get creative in the Makerspace.
  • Borrow from the seed library.
  • Ask a friendly librarian that question you can't stop thinking about.
  • Bring a friend who has never visited the library.
  • Sign a kid up for Summer Reading. Everyone up to age 18 can get a free book.

*Not all services listed above are available at all 16 locations. That's why you should visit them all!

How to participate

  1. Pick up a passport at your local library. Patrons of all ages are welcome to participate.
  2. Get a stamp at every location you visit from June 1 through Aug. 31.
  3. When you’re done, neatly write down your name, contact info and number of stamps collected in the space provided.
  4. Cut out and return the slip to any Washington County library by Sept. 4, 2022, to be entered into a random prize drawing.
